I have increased the incentive on the lease transfer to $1500 which effectively lowers the monthly payment to $675.00 per month.

Okay, one last price reduction (incentive increase) to bring the effective payment down to $649.00. I can't justify going any lower than that...I'll probably just have to ride the lease out if that lease payment is still to high.
