Did residuals change for sept?

I am hoping my residual will bump from 71% to 72% or 73% before I pick my car up. My 330XI is 73% over 27 months!! My 335I is only 71% over 24 .. it sucks they dont lease out as well. So did they change? Anyone know? As far as I know for 12k a year 24 months is 71% and 36 months is 60%.

so if they change and you've ordered but havent recieved the car and signed for it, you can get the latest residual when you actually sign for the car without any renegotiation? probably a dumb question but im green to leasing.

Sounds fair to me...dealer is splitting his maximum 0.0004 markup with you.

Thanks Andrew...very helpful.

How about 2006 325 Sedan rates? Looks like BMFS is offering an attractive lease.

Why is a 335i sedan 1.68% higher than a coupe?

can you explane to me why 48month lease has higher money factor then 36 month lease ? isn't it supose to be the longer the lease the less money factor is which brings monthly payments down ?

BMW basically doesn't want people to lease for longer than 3 years...they want to get low mileage cars in good shape back still under warranty for CPO'ing.

true, but beyond that a longer term loan generally is at a higher rate because of the greater uncertainty of the cost of money further in the future, e.g. 15 vs 30 yr mortgage.
