Do either of these prices look good?

I priced a 323i and 328i today at a Downtown BMW. I think both prices are good but wanted to get the opinion of others:

323i with automatic transmission and the premium package without a metallic paint $500 and change per month. This is with $2000 rebate from BMW as well as a reduction in price.

Base price was just under $39,000 but with rebate and other in-house rebates/deal it came out to about $35,000. the lease rate is 3.5% for 42 months.

Total Lease Price per month: $500.75

328i with automatic transmission, navigation system, USB for Ipod, bluetooth assist, and heated steering wheel. 2.9% lease rate

Total monthly is $563 for 42 months (total MSRP is $45,275. Selling price is $40,000)

Both cars allow for 16k per year which is suitable for me.

Thoughts?

Thanks in advance
