$4500 off MSRP (roughly $700 over wholesale Munich pickup), no deliver costs, and no tax!

So, a TON of money to me would equate to roughly $7000.

I also bought my 325i though the military sale's program, and saved a bunch of money. About 7k. The only problem is once we get back to the states depending what state we go to, I might have to pay taxes on it. But all in all it's a great program.

I'm currently deployed to Iraq and I have been e-mailing the BMS for the past month with no replies. All I wanted to find out is weather I'm eligible for the program. I'm trying to find the time to call them. Do you know weather I will be qualified, or is it only for people in Kuwait and Europe? Thanks.

How long have you been in theater? I went though pentagon car sales. Do a google search for it. They should be able to answer your question. I'm pretty sure you will be able to do it.

Here is a answer from there FAQ Section.

"Q- If I’m deployed to a location in the Middle East/Asia or based on-board a ship and would like to participate in the program, how can I place an order?"

" A - The process is very easy. Simply send us an e-mail or a Request for Information form (found on our website) and your inquiry will be assigned to a BMW product advisor who will assist you in selecting the model and option configuration best suited to your needs. Once that has been established you will then be guided through the ordering process – all of which can all be conducted over e-mail or fax."

If your TDY orders take you through Germany then you should be good to go! You'll still have to pay taxes on it thou. Thats if your state requires it. Some do some dont

Ok thanks a lot guys. I'll try pentagon sales. I've been in theater for 10 months. We're about to go back to the states. I'm an IRR soldier, so I'll be getting right back out of the army.

I bought mine 325i in Germany and I was a DOD contractor, and saved a boat load of money... When I got to Nevada, I was so happy to find out that I didn't have to pay any sales tax on the car. The only stipulation was that the car had to be in my name and registered with USAEUR plates for at least 6 months. Nevada is one of the few states that has this stipulation.
If you are active duty military with orders back to the US, you don't have to pay any taxes whatsoever.

It depends on your state but you shouldn't have to pay taxes on it. It will be imported as a used car plus you are military overseas for more than 1-year means you are exempt.

For those that are TDY you have to be overseas for 140 days according to the customs website to qualify for no taxes or additional fees.

Don't pass it up if you are military. I went through Terry @ www.pentagoncarsales.com/ Great guy to work with, PM/Email me if you have any questions....

I think we can do it for the same or cheaper on a normal ED.I had an ex Air Force 930 years ) come in with Military pricing on a 7 series and I beat it all the way down, I was lower I the base price and lower on the options since they were offering the options at full list,so it pays to shop ! Shoot me an email and let's see how it compares.

You might want to check your prices. They don't charge invoice on the options, that's the catch so it's pretty close.

True, but if you go for the higher trim level, then a lot of options are included standard in the discount price. A basic 330i is very nicely equiped, IMO...

The trim levels/standard equipment are the same as in the states so the price is NO different. That was only the case on pre-06 3-series models....
