Locate my 335 please!!

Can someone with access to DCSnet please give me an update as to where my car is?? The wait is killing me. Other members have seen a screen shot of the vehicle status. My CA is on vacation until the end of the month and nobody else at the dealership can/wants to help. PM me and I'll give you my VIN / production #.

Just call BMW NA 800-831-1117. Listen to the prompts. Make sure you say " customer service" to guarantee a live body picks up. Give them the production number and you should be all set. I did it yesterday and found out I am in production looking for delivery some time in mid to late Oct. Yeah baby!!

Waiting is a bitch, but well worth it.

Once the car leaves the factory they can't tell you anything...you need to get a CA to tell you status.

I would walk in/call your dealer and ask for a sales manager and MAKE him pull it up...should take all of 1 minute.

You're a West Coast delivery so you are probably on the Pegasus Leader with Greginaz. The West Coast ships don't seem to run as frequently. For East Coast deliveries, you can input your VIN on the WW site and it will tell you what ship you are on. But I guess that is worthless information for you.

Unless I get on the ISOLDE which leaves today and is a WW ship.

Good Point. I did not know the Isolde went out to Port Hueneme. Have you tried tracking your car through the WW site. You can go to Customer Center and shipment tracking. Then go to autos and key in your VIN. My car now shows up on the Patriot and even shows it having been entered into the system days before the ship sailed. However, the tracking information did not show any information until several days after the ship sailed. Give it try and see if by chance you are on the Isolde. I see that it already left Bremerhaven.

Contact the Sales Manager tomorrow and have him look it up, it takes less than 2 minutes,but they're the only ones that can check their cars,sorry !

If your car is in fact on te Isolde, you will eventually be able to verify this fact through the Wilenius Wilhemson site. They allow you to track cars by VIN. The Isolde is a WW ship so this should work for you if that is your ship. I can get you the link if you need it.
