So.. some of you may know I recently put up my 40d for sale. I got an email from a guy asking if it was still available and then he started talking about his life story and how he wants to buy this as a present for his son. lmao, I immediately knew it was a scam.. So I decided to have some fun with him.

While dontevenreply.com is pretty funny, I can't help but feel that many of his pranks are completely unwarranted. Most of the craigslistings he replies to are simple earnest requests.
Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems like craigslist would be more stable/reliable if guys like the one running dontevenreply didn't do what they do. It would be completely different(and far more acceptable imo) if he had contacted the poster with at least the initial intention of actually helping or providing the service they are looking for. But in most cases it's pretty obvious he is immediately going in with malintentions. Waste of alot of poeple's times for cheap laughs. Still, some of them are quite clever.
