I'm getting it on Friday. I loved the first game so this one is a MUST for me. I just don't trust myself buying it on a work night. I can picture myself playing at 4am and going "Oh s***...I have to work in 5 hours. FML."
So needless to say I am stoked for Friday!

I played the first 2 chapters tonight. One of the most engaging video game I've ever played. Right from the start you are sucked into the story. Graphics are amazing and they really did improve on the controls. This is one of those games that people should be buying a ps3 to play if they don't have one already. Can't wait to try co-op and multiplayer.

Yeah I got up to about Chapter 11 last night...amazing game. Tried a little bit of the multiplayer too and got my ass handed to me...lol. Cant wait to get off work and go play some more....

ive been playing it as well. its a great game. a very interesting story. and the graphics are just amazing. the view from the top of the hotel is the best so far. i cant believe the detail in the mountains off in the distance....as well as the surrounding city. its not the typical fog like effect to hide objects far away.

been playing the game here and there since tuesday. great, great game. definitely living up to the hype. still playing single player and just how much it has improved over Uncharted 1 in every single facet is amazing, given that Uncharted was the best looking game on the PS3 (until MGS4 came out, IMO). you really don't realize it until you get 5 or 6 chapters in......but even the opening chapter to the game....best opening gameplay for a videogame anywhere.

best game so far this generation (across all platforms) and apparently the multiplayer is equally as good as the single player.

got the game yesterday from block buster and i beat it today, just kept playing non stop. amazing game for sure great story and the graphics are amazingly well done. and did you guys see the trailer for new cry engine?

I have been playing most of today in my free time...absolutely love it...it has better presentation that many movies I have seen!

I've never played part 1, but keep hearing good things about this one. Will I miss out on anything if I don't play part 1 and jump right into part 2?

not really. just returning characters you wouldnt know. the story is new.
