FS: Display Set of 3 Piece Forged Marcato MMR Diamond Black 19" Fits All E9x
E90post... We have a great deal for the community... Our wholesale program provides BRAND NEW "display" wheels to the top dealers/distributors who have a "brick & mortar" location in the United States. When these displays are loaned out, we always send our dealers/distributors BRAND NEW sealed in the box wheels. We recently received back 2 Marcato Forged Wheels MMR in the 19x9.0 +36 Diamond Black. Upon inspection, we noticed that there was nothing wrong at all on these displays, however, because they were not BRAND NEW SEALED in the box customers were very hestiant to pick them up and we gladly delivered them BRAND NEW sealed units as we all work hard for our money and want BRAND NEW items when paying 3 Piece type money. As a result, we have two (2) 19x9.0 +36 Diamond Black fronts and matching rears in 19x10.0 +38 that are still BRAND NEW sealed in box. These fronts have never been mounted, but, simply displayed at one of our dealers/distributors showrooms for presentation purposes. The following is a complete breakdown of each unit... 19x9.0 +36 (Open Box Display) 19x9.0 +36 (Open Box Display) The two (2) rears are BRAND NEW SEALED in box... As I know many want to compare why we at Marcato Forged Wheels don't consider the two displays BRAND NEW, here are some images of the rears that are 100% BRAND NEW sealed in box... (Notice that the factory blue lip seal is still on the new ones) Price: $1600.00 or $1800.00 Shipped anywhere in the Continental United States (FedEx Ground) Last edited by Marcato Wheels; 09-26-2009 at 05:58 PM.. |

Your website says these are cast, not forged.
Can you clarify?

Yes.
Marcato is a 3 Piece Line of Wheels... When we state "CAST" on our site, we are referring to the center/disk/design of the wheel. The Inner halves are Anodized T6-6061 and the Outer halves are Chromed T6-6061. We don't touch nor use the cheaper non heat treated 5052 Forged AL. The center is the ONLY portion that is cast, in which we use Low Pressure to achieve the most even center that can be produced. We also have a FULL forged wheel, in which we CNC the center/disk to the style and application of the vehicle. However, the price is significantly different. Not only do we use the best possible Forged AL, we have them tested by the very STRICT JWL/VIA JAWA. We spend the expensive testing dollars to test and pass JAWA, which is backed by the Japanese Government and then do we only recieve official JAWA serial numbers that are stuck to each wheel. Each design/size is tested, then and only then, do we even consider releasing the style/wheel into the market. Hope this clarify the Marcato line of wheels. |

Also, we have the 90 degree TPMS adapters that were manufactured for our barrels and wheels.
The chromed valve stems are only 1.5" unlike others who use a 3" or 4" valve stem for a cleaner precise look and for far better balancing results. Images for those that asked: |

For the record...
The 19" Marcato MMR was strictly built for the e9x chassis ONLY... A 3 Piece Wheel should never compromise where it is not hub centric, offset specific or does not maximize width for both the front and rear. |
