Vignette technique
so i tried the vignette technique for the first time on my photos cause the background was kind of boring...what you guys think?

vig effect is supposed to be circular. i believe it first appear due to the lens itself at low f stops and then people started getting creative with using lens hoods and now photoshop....

i don't care for the coloration of the pics, but the vignette in the second one is nicely done.
personally, I use Tiffen DFX for vignetting, and it also helps improve pictures that are just lacking. |

I would stick with the lens correction filter.. the square looks a little cheesy.
