Picked up my car from BMW Service...

Well i had a couple of problems with my bmw; little metallic tapping noise(Fixed), and my brakes.

Well the problem with my brakes it that when im at a stop sign and i fully let go of the brake the car doesn't start for like a quarter to half a second later, sort of like a delay. So i was sure BMW would fix this by giving me new brakes or something, but the dealer told me that "It's an option on your car that the brakes have a delay, its part of a the package."

....So to me that sounds like complete BS, so i wanted to know if the dealer was telling me the truth?

He's actually not feeding you BS for once. Do a search for NIC (neutral idle control). You will find a TIS that you can print out and have your dealer deactivate it.
