cabin air filter/ microfilter

hi, i just got a new microfilter from the dealer. and one side of the filter there are black particles on like (seem like used). Is this normal or did they sell me a used filter?

The black particls you see in the filter is the charcoal. They call it the chorcoal activated filter. Not to worry man its brand new pop it in and you gona be all good.
