are you asking if DS mode left to itself is faster than you pulling on your paddles in ds mode?

It depends on when you shift in the manual mode.

Faster at what?

If you mash the pedal to the floor, it doesn't matter since it will shift at redline anyways.

Garage List
Waiting for the auto to shift at redline is not the best thing to do since our power is in the low end. Manual shift before redline is optimal.
