E90 Headlight Question for those with angel eyes and xenons
Hey I wana know how to turn on the feature where when you unlock the car the angel eyes come on, this worked on a previous e92 convertible that I had last summer and that could be enabled using the idrive.
However my current e90 doesnt have idrive so how do i enable this feature? any ideaS? Thanks |

I think its the Welcome Light feature or Pathway Lighting. Look it up in the manual in the index. I'm sure its there

+1 this is correct. If the switch is in the 'off' position you will only get the puddle lights (LEDs in the door handles pointing down). If it's in the Auto position you will get the angel eyes as well as the corner markers and the puddle lights.

This only works for E90 models 2009 and up
and yeah. the light switch has to be in the auto position and you dont need to have navi check your settings in the stalk. Im not sure where it is but i think its one that has an icon of a headlight and a little clock next to it. Mine is at 40 seconds. i think that's how long the welcome lights stay on once you unlock the doors.
