Hey folks, My car was completed this past Saturday 10/13. It should be transported to Bremheven and waiting to get on a ship. I am down in Texas, but I hear the BMWs goto South Carolina, correct me if I am wrong. So I know theres one leaving today 10/16, so how many people waiting for one and think they will get on this one? or when is the next one and just seeing whose on the same boat so we can help keep eachother updated. Ha, yea exactly I could probably use a support group...this wait is killing me, especially being my first, can't wait. I called intoday and it is still "Released to the carrier and awaiting transportation" and the lady had no extra information, hopefully we got on, I believe it left today, not so sure when the next one leaves though, let me know if you have any info, there was a ship i remeber leving to houston straight but I imagine all the bmws go through west/east coast in this case south carolina vpc, yea?

Whoa... My SA may be got missed informed, buy my SA told me that should leave today from port... oh well. we'll see what will happen, as long is ALL our car is safe from journey .

whered you get that list from? and can you confirm they will goto south carolina as well, maybe some of em dont? I checked up on that one tracking site I got from the ordering guide on this site adn it had the patriot today and the next one for south carolina was on the 27th, could you give me sources/details? thanks

I used the dbh.de link in the tracking guide. For the port I choose New York. I believe most of the ships that stop at New York also stop in South Carolina however you can punch in Charleston and get that list.

Well, the schedule is yes, on the 19th(my birthday) another ship leaves for the east coast but it goes to NY than to final destination CA...no south carolina given that is the vpc that from this board I understand our texas cars go through....our cars will be waiting until the next ship headed towards South Carolina which is not this week, but scheduled to leave next Friday...on the 27th, 10 days making the wait of my production finish 10/13....to actually just getting shipped 14 days 2 weeks of waiting just to get on a ship!...but others have dealt with it, so I supposed I have to as well, I was just hoping it would catch the patriot that left yesterday..but just venting, my first bmw so the wait is just...anyways, that one is scheduled to hit SC on 11/13th...and hopefully a week or so it will arrive in houston, I was expecting it earlier but I will deal with I guess...so Agent 007 unless your car got on the ship which I doubt than we will have to wait some more, good luck folks

Called up 800 # and they say they cannot trace it now. Is there a way to find out if my car in on the ship already? Called dealership and SA says "have patience" and did not tell me the name of the ship.

Would appreciate any help/pointer....

I feel your pain. I can only guess that I'm on the Bellona. I've been sitting in port since 10/6 waiting for a ship. Unfortunately it appears that the peeps at the 800 number cannot really trace it. About all they will know is if it's "Enroute" or still awaiting transport. Your SA can look up your car and see if it's on a ship and I believe can tell you the name of the ship. I think that info is in DCSNET.
