Getting ready to say goodbye... From past to present.

first 3 are when i first got the car and the last 3 are present. mods in sig...

Sorry to hear that, but I agree with ^^^ you're getting another amazing machine to compensate, and getting the same speed and more power in return. I hope everything works out for you and good luck with the sale

Don't sweat it, I'd take the E46 M suspension and the LSD any day over JB3 N45.

yeah... i test drove an m3 the other day and the suspension + lsd not to mention the na straight six was amazing in a completely different way. i am going to miss the unlimited low end torque the n45+jb3 gave me. the interior in the 335i i will miss as well.

Yeah, there are always things that get toned down a bit. But always new things to love

I personally love seeing those E46's. Does it have the 19's on it? What color is she?

yeah i have a feeling it will take me forever to find the ONE. i am pretty picky as far as color, options, mies, maint history, vehicle history, and owner history.

how many miles on e92, and how much is the e46 vert? can't imagine you save much money trying to unload an e92 and paying tax plus possible insurance hike plus maintenance costs on an older m3, but you're doing the right thing anyway.

im hoping to have around 9k after i pay my loan off. 20-25k for a m3 vert (uncle has dealer license so we go to the auctions and get cars at wholesale) finance something like 13-18k after tax and interest. payments will be something like 250-350.

as far as maintenance is concerned 2 of my uncles (not the dealer) have independent mechanic shops and have been mechanics for 15+ years. they charge me their cost on parts (25% off) and i do the work. obviously somethings are more difficult so they help me and i learn. i think thats part of the fun.

that's awesome! if i had that kind of set up, i wouldn't have bothered getting rid of my e46 in the first place. have fun with the better driving experience, and good luck with the sale.

as for it being a side step on a slight incline haha
i know its going to be slower but yeah i am excited!
