As per Nikki, since my thread count is gettin to the quadruple digits, I need to post somewhere that counts.

I'm getting a Dinan DME upgrade! YAY! Can't say when, can't say HP gains, and can't say $$, but YAY!

Also...

FOR EVERYONE'S INFORMATION:

it's not called an ECU in BMWLAND. It's called a DME, or Digital Motor Electronics.

GET WITH IT! Lol

Well... yes.

Dinan is releasing their DME upgrade soon. It will, of course, be of greater benefit to 325 owners, since there's more room to tune them.

I was being sarcastic buddy....I know you can't say anything.

I can't wait for this chip...hopefully they'll be able to delete the lag off-the-line in addition to making 35-45 HP. Then, I will be one happy camper.

There is a garage locally here in Montreal that does Dinan, so I would be quite excited to get anywhere from 15 to 35 more HP.
