Tax on MACO and Training Fee?

Anyone know if you have to pay tax on the MACO and Training Fees? Pretty sure you don't have to pay tax on destination either. am I right?

thanks for help in advance. car will be bought and registered in MD.

MACO, training fees, and destination are all taxed. On the invoice, they are all included in the price of the car and then taxed. The only things that aren't taxed is the registration/title and dealer doc fee.
