Simota Carbon Fiber Intake

Just got the powerbox and now need an intake thinking about afe stage 2 or simota carbon fiber, does anyone own any one of these and if so what is your take on it? Also, i havent been able to find a site that sells the simota carbon fiber intake, does anyone know of one?

Either one will be a good choice. The Simota looks better in CF in the engine bay...the AFE is geared more towards maximum airflow but the Simota's CF cover acts as a partial heat shield whereas the AFE uses a partial aluminum heat shield...

Ive got a Simota CB2 intake with my pbx and i absolutly love the sound it makes! if you want, pm me your email and i can email you a rough sound clip i recorded the other night. i believe m-force designs have them too check the sponsor sale thread under the non-turbo engine

also, ive got a friend with a afe stage II and the cone is HUGE and i mean it! it is literally the size of a kid's head

both are good but i find that the CF with the simota did the job for me coz honestly, how much hp do you expect? i think most ppl go for the sound it makes atleast and the looks that was what I wanted xD
