Loose feeling on rough roads?

Hey guys, if any of you have experience with blown shocks please chime in. I have ran my ZSP shocks/ H&R sports for about 7k miles. My ZSP shocks have a total of 40k miles. My concern is going over rough roads. The car feels pretty loose and seems to not rebound as well. There is an overall less stiff feeling and the car makes the loose noises whenever going through these rough roads. On the flat roads it rides very well and it still corners beautifully.

Do you think my shocks need to be replaced? Or is this loose feel as if the car is gonna fall apart due to the hard suspension setup? What do you recommend? Maybe its just my stock RUNFLATS on 18s?

It's most likely the RFT. They have a very stiff sidewall and tend to be unstable on bumpy roads from what I've noticed.

Dump the RFT's when the wear out and get some non-rft tires and you'll notice much smoother ride.

my 2 cents.

Yeah they seem so harsh even at low speed ~20mph. The whole car seems to rattle, squeak, almost fall apart with this suspension/ tire setup.

if they culprit is not the tires, what else should I be looking to replace if the shocks/ springs are also fine?
