Had it done this morning at Martin's Motorsports in Alexandria Va. Took 1 hour. Started right up, no fault codes.
I made sure it was on Map 3 and off I went. IMO the throttle lag is still there, but not as pronounced. What is different is going from 70 to 100. No need to use DS ever. Car just takes off. I have the BMW PE, Dinan Ram Air, Autothority Reflash, and now the PBX. If it starts to run funny due to the reflash, I will simply just use the throttle remapping. Anyway, will see what happens after a few days, but for a 325i auto, worth every penny. |
