no, I'm Brazilian/Italian

I got my new wheel few months ago after wating 6 months to be imported from Japan, got it on the car and looks amazing, then after I got them on the car I decided to get coilovers and swaybar + tower brace and..

took to a shop to instal the coilovers, the shop was the best in town over 145$ hr, I was promised to have my car back in one day... day passed call them they told me that they still working on it and would take a few more days...

few days passed and no news on my car... they told me that the had a problem and the parts wouldn't fit... I whent to check and take some pics to send to the manufactory...

After seeing my car nothing bad yet.. cal the GC (manufactory) they say and sent me pictures and they were installing wrong so I sent the pics to the shop and told them to call GC, they said okay....

two days more passed and I called the shop and asked them wht was going on (my car was about a week+ there at this point) they told me the the parts still not fit... so I asked them if they had call GC and they told me no (WTF) so I called GC and told GC to call them and they did.. two more days passed and I believed the problem was solved (we were talking about the rear of the car) then they told me that they had problems on the front of the car...

so I told them call GC and have them tell them how to do it... guess what one more day and no one had call, so I called the shop on the next morning and they told me to go there that the car was done.(great I thought),......

Got there and did not open the hood and took the car for a spin.... the car was driving like a malibu something very wrong (because I had the Racing school kit with large swaybar on front ....so they told me that they would do some adjust.. 3 more days no call from them and no answer about my car when I called them... finally they called me and told my car was done (3 weeks later) I went there and drove the car and the car now was like a BLANDER so much metal on metal noise.. not good so they asked me for 2 more days....

Lawyer now! They pictures are great. Document all of your phone logs, etc. Build up your case and fuck these guys. Have them pay for damages, refund, and whatever else you can squeeze out of them. They shouldn't be working on anyone's car after that mess.

It's like last month when I got my tires mounted, they mixed up the wheels (1 Rear on the Front), they didn't inflate the new tires, scuffed them up...

They hold the car as hostage until I paid, and I was afraid that they would try to fix and make things worse. 4 1/2 week for this Crap

OP-- this is what happens when you go to a shitty shop. we have expensive cars so it's worth it to spend a little extra money and go to a professional shop that specializes in BMW's.

To be honest this is the most expensive shop in the 100 mile range of where I'm living now and they cost over 145$ per hr, also they only work on BMW, Mercedes and Porches. They had a new mechanic and they allowed him to work on my car w/o me knowing he was new..

I don't save money when it come to my cars. Just had my V10 Z4M sold few months ago.

Just for the wheel was already 1350$ and six month wait time to get a new one, so about 8 to 10K, also 960$ to have my car towed to the new shop.

And my lawyers are aware of the situation.
