2009 323i rear driver side brake locked?!?!?!?

Purchased a 323i in a front end collision. The rear driver side brake is locked up so I can't push it around. Anyone know how I can release it. My guess is some kind of sensor.

jack it up and put it one some dolly wheels.

Or take off the wheel, and try releasing the bleeder nut to let some brake fluid out (remember to bleed brakes when you get it all fixed). If all else fails, try to remove the caliper.
