Greatest Nicknames of all time
I've been watching the America's Game series on the NFL Network (yes, I'm one of the 27 people who have it right now ) and seeing some of the players as got me to thinking about cool nicknames.
So what is the Greatest nickname of all time? Not just NFL, but any professional/college sport, wrestling, TV show, you name it. Although I'm not a big fan of the team he played for, I personally think that this name is the greatest for 2 reasons 1) it perfectly fit the person, and 2) it may never be used again in our lifetime to describe an athlete. That nickname is Sweetness. (R.I.P) |

Walter Payton was a good one.
I always liked Kordell Stewart's "Slash" for his list of positions. QB/Wide Receiver/etc. The "Refrigerator" was very fitting and "The Juice" was a clever one. |
