FWIW: I don't include my address on luggage tags, just email and phone numbers...there have been reports of people getting addresses off tags and breaking in while you're on vacation

What are you using to strap it to your bag handles? All I have are zip ties - I'm not that ghetto

Don't know yet... I have noticed that I am certainly lacking in that area.

Probably a thick rubber band.
