Reason for Selling: Baby on the way, Car is not big enough for Me, Girlfriend, her 15 year old son and the newborn on the way, upgrading to X5

If price is the objection, please negotiate (as long as you are serious, I am serious in needing to sell this car) I would rather sell the car to someone on this forum than back to a Dealership

if the Mods are the objection, I am more than willing to return the car to complete stockness

$28,000 for a Certified 2008 E90 with 33.5k miles, 66.5k miles of warranty left (or 2014) with Tire and Wheel insurance... I still owe $31,000 on it and will pay the difference ($3,000), but I can't believe no one is interested...

This car has never overheated (saw it as high as 245 F and that was running at 90+ on the highway for 4 hours), and it ran 14-15psi (daily) of boost with a PROcede. I guess if your worried about it (over heating) you could always just get an aftermarket oil cooler, which would still cost you less than buying one with sport (most sport models run in the $30k's, unless you get an '07 with sport, then your looking at the same price as mine, but less warranty)... It's a trade off... But Looks like I'll let the dealer have this one, and then let them charge someone $30k for it anyway..

Man..soo tempting.. I wish my fiance's lease was up this yr or this would've been sold. She's riding around in this Civic which, once the lease is up, is getting ditched for a 335xi. Good luck
