Driving a Loaner 335i... Wow, I miss my M6 V10

I dropped my M6 off to get my after break-in oil change, and get an alarm installed, and they gave me a loaner '07 335i to drive.

I cannot beleive the difference... its a totally different feel... I find myself practicly flooring the 335i just to pull out into traffic... I feel like there is no tourque at all!... it pulls ok at the high-end, but I got used to driving around in the 2-3k RPM range with my M6, and this is just not possible on the 335 unless you drive like a total granny.

Dont get me wrong, its a great car, but its amazing how much difference an engine(and tranny) makes in the whole driving expirience.

I was very close to NOT getting an M6, and getting a 335 instead, and now, I am so glad i made the choice to go up to the M6, it was WELL worth it.

If anyone is considering the M6, go for it, you wont regret it.

The funny thing is, the service advisor pulled up the loaner (an e90 335) and said, "here it is, just like yours only $50,000 less and with 2 extra doors..."
