Help!! The inner window rubber trim ripped off somehow

The inner window rubber trim ripped off somehow Well, I think Las Vegas/Riverside heat melt the adhesive to some rubber piece within the window panel. My window is actually stuck and wont roll back up.. I hope they will cover it even though I only have the CPO warrenty.. What else should I do??
