missing trunk trim on 2007 328xi

I just purchased a pre-owned 2007 328xi from a local BMW dealer, and I noticed that the trunk light doesn't light. In looking at the light fixture, I see that there is no trim around the trunk light - I can clearly see the tips of screws pointing through the metal of the trunk celing.

So my question is, am I'm missing any trim that should cover this metal on the top of the cargo bay, around the trunk light?
