27,224 miles as of today. Oil changes every 3-4K miles at Erhard BMW Bloomfield Hills. All service records. HPFP replaced at ~23,000. Tinted windows and a second set of tires for winter are the only mods its seen. Pictures are all from when I bought it or recent camera phone pictures, please ask if you would like any others. It's always garaged and I only drive it about 200-500 miles/month in the winter time, washing it before I park it back in the garage and its temperature controlled.

The vehicle has Ultimate Care until May 2012. At any point during that it is eligible for extended Ultimate Care for another 2 years/50K miles past that. I know this is primarily a modded community, but if you know someone who wants a good starting block for it or just a BMW without the mod bug, let me know. Comes with a set of winter tires that have about 5,000 miles on them through two winters. All service and work done at the dealership with written record available. No marks on the carfax.

Didn't the sport package include shadowline trim?
Does this include the hood "eyebrows" or is it the hood scalloped out around the grille?
Can you show the front of the car in a picture?
Is it for sale by you or by the dealer in the photo?
Does it have an Ipod connection or at least an AUX-IN jack?
Would you be willing to get a quote for the extended service plan (100K)

That model year didn't include shadowline trim on the sport package.

Its for sale by me, I work for a dealer group so I took the pictures in the parking lot of one of our stores (unfortunately we don't have a BMW franchise)
It doesn't have the iPod jack but it does have the aux-in jack in the center console and second charging port as well
I could refer you to my advisor at Erhard in Bloomfield Hills for extended service coverage plans - I don't know the pricing myself but I have a letter at home asking me if I wanted to buy one after my last service a few weeks ago.

I also have a set of Dunlop Graspics that I only used for 1 winter if you're interested in a good set of winters. They're not built for 100+ speeds but if you stay within 20mph of the speed limit IMHO they are better on snow and ice than Winter Sport M3s or Blizzaks.

Only 18" tires. They've seen one winter and have less than 4000 miles on them. I barely drove this car during the bad weather months

GLWS! I searched for 2 months to try and find a CPO Space/Saddle combo 335i but had no luck. Def a rarer color combo. Had to settle for BSM but it looks solid with the saddle. You getting an e90 or e92 M3?

E92 M3, its all up in the air though - he needs me to buy that car so he can pick up his replacement. If I don't get a solid buyer on this I have to put it in my store's inventory as a pre-owned for what we can afford to buy it for. Either way, I'd rather not see my car end up going to whoever on the auction block if we don't have a buyer in 40-60 days.

We'll see what happens, it seems like everyone wants to steal a car which kind of shocked me in the enthusiast group. Then again when I sold my last track car one of my used car managers gave me $1500 more for it than the highest offer I got from the SVT Owners Association haha.

Gotcha, well an e92 M3 would be rockin!!! Hope it works out for you in the end!

I picked mine up this past May, flew out to Madison, WI to get it. The BMW dealers around here don't work on price and charge absurd amounts of money for cars with less options. I saved roughly $4.5k inc my plane ticket on virtually the EXACT same CPO e92 by getting it out of state. Both Erhards, Bavarian, and Grand Blanc BMW were a waste of time on the sales side. On the service side though, Erhard in Bloomfield kicks @ss! (at least thus far)

Yeah, my advisor there used to work for the company I'm at now and he's a stand up guy. I actually look forward to the service visits. I've had good luck with the sales force as well, there's a core group of people who have been there for a long time. You might have ended up with a new guy. Also keep in mind markets for pre-owned shift violently between districts much less regions. I know that BMW's pull a lot more money here than they do in other areas. That goes for auctions, trade ins, etc.
