Car is sold.

Well, after much consternation, I've decided to sell my baby. Car is located in Cary, NC, a suburb of Raleigh. Title is liened by USAA, which means no hassle. Willing to ship at buyer's expense.

Car is under warranty until August 8th, 2012, or for another 22,000 miles, whichever comes first. Fuel pump is under warranty for another 92,000 miles or until August 8th, 2018, whichever comes first.

Reason for selling: I've made those life changes and still need to sell the car.

- Oil Cooler installed
- Both key FOBs included
- Never Modded except for OEM BMW Performance kidney grills
- Nearly brand new tires Continental Extreme Contact DWS - less than 800 miles on them.

I'm still driving the car so the mileage will vary.

Always garaged. Never smoked in. Oil changed twice in the year that I've owned the car, once after putting 7,500 miles on it by me, again after 15,000 miles as part of the regular maintenance (there was a scheduled maintenance performed right before I bought the car). Last oil change was about 600 miles ago by Leith BMW in Raleigh, NC. I've only filled the car with 93 octane premium gas.

I'm the car's second owner. The car is originally from California. I bought it with 13,000 miles on it.

Car is in excellent shape. Never raced, tracked or abused. There are the predictable dings on the front bumper from road hazards. Interior is immaculate. Except for the noted nicks and curb rash, exterior is in excellent condition. In the year that I've owned the car, I've had it detailed twice by Hugo, the Going Green Detailing Machine.

ur math dosent make sense, [50k mile warranty] - [28k miles on the OD] = [22k miles left] ... not 32k.

[100 mile hpfp warranty] - [28k miles on the OD] = [72k miles left for hpfp] not 92k.
