Res Delete or not? And what about sec. cats?

So here I am... I got an intake AND MMW CS exhaust.

I know Gavin's telling all his customers to do the Res delete but I am affraid its gonna get too loud. I use this car for work too and I work for the government, so its VERY important to be able to keep quiet while I go easy on the gas but love being able to unleash the beast while nobody's watching.

So given the use I make of my car, do you think going the res delete way would be too much?

Cause I really feels like something's preventing the car to breathe right... And the more I read about it, the more I think res and 2nd cat deletes would help him doing so.

Thanks for your input.

Cut them both out, and put in a Y pipe - its not going to be loud but it is going sound very nice and aggressive and free up a couple "ponies" for you also.

and you can always put the Res and Cats back in if you dont like it

Even with my headers the system is still presentable and never drones

Yes there are 2 cats per 3 cylinders. you can remove the secondary cats without issue they are 18" from the resonator.

I think that's why I get so much drone at idle. Yet its a nice signal since when the drone starts, I know that the engine is hot enough to hit the road. But its kinda annoying.

I guess I'm gonna have to make an appointment...
