What front/back bumper

I was driving and saw an e90 facelift. I thought it was an M-Sport but nope it wasnt it was an SE (could tell by the bumper).

What i noticed was the front and back bumper seemed to be a bit taller in height. Im sure the car was not lowered as the bumpers seemed to be an extra few inches taller.....anyone know what this bumper is/called? Sorry for a very vague question.
