BMW Warranty about to expire
So my 4 year/50k miles ultimate service is going to expire in the next couple months. Right now I'm at 45k miles. What can I exactly ask for if I take my car it at 49k miles? Can I ask for everything they provide with the ultimate service ie. wiper blades, oil change, brake pads, etc ... or is it up to their discreation. Anyone who has experience the end of their ultimate service please chime in. If this has been posted please let me know!
Also, is it worth extended the warranty to the 6 year/100,000 miles? |

Is the extended warentee worth it?
I have two extended warentees on my X3's. In both cases the work done during the extended period exceeded the cost of the warentee. Brakes alone are a $1K pads and rotors and any electronic item will put you over the top. I had a CPU replaced and the lock module. B/B they still give me a loaner during service.
