Powerbox performance in the winter

Hey guys,
Has anyone noticed a difference in performance when the temperatures drop below the freezing level?
I was on Map 3 up until the first morning where it dropped below freezing that I noticed that the engine started to "chug". I didn't give the engine a warmup and it felt like a slug when I put it in drive.
I've changed it to Map 0 last night and that helped make things right.

Did you give the engine time to warm up a bit? I usually find that when I just start my car its very slow and sluggish untill it warms up.

+1 on the warm up. Even during the first 5 minutes of driving I don't rev past 3K

You have to let it heat up a bit if you want your engine to still be in one piece in 10 years.

I've deactivated the PBX for the winter. Its just not worth it.

you disabled a powerbox on your 325 with 210hp? The 330s have 260 hp with the same internals-you dont need to take off your powerbox bro.

By disabling I meant putting it on map 0.

I just dont see the point of having instant throttle response when I wear winter tires. The smoother is the throttle, the better is the traction (I am RWD btw).

I prefer to keep the fun factor when I got my compound tires and lightwheels on.
