Weird Sound coming from 330i Engine (video attached)

hey ive been getting this weird sound coming from my engine... sounds like the engine is struggling while idle almost like a whining noise... wondering if anyone else is having this problem ... its a 330i ... here is a video... sounds start around 0:28 into the video... any help would be appreciated ... out of original warranty and would like to know whats wrong with it before bringing it in....
