Spark plug service

I am soon reaching 45K miles and need to do spark plug service. Warranty is already expired. Local dealer quoted 330+tax. Checked with one non BMW shop also and they are asking 280+ tax.

Is that price ok or should I shop around more?

I picked up OEM plugs for ~$116 out the door. I DIY'd it, but now you know how much is being charged for labor.
