Could someone explain this to me? The owner of the car is obviously present, as the blinkers are on. They just moved it across the street, why didn't they put it in neutral and get a couple of guys to push it. Maybe give each one a couple bucks for helping out.

This is very common here in Taipei when they do road work...and from the vid...i'd say 90% that's what we are looking at.

One time a car blocked the exit to my garage, the road crew came along, fork lifted the car, moved it out of the way, and put it back.Convenient.

It pays to read the road work signs here so this does not happen to you though! But in fairness, I could not see any obvious damage to the cars they did it to.

NO DAMAGE TO CAR...

uh two legs on a forklift holding 3500lbs...

Im sure those legs wern't at the pressure points and consequently did cause damage on the underside of the car probably minor and possibly dented the exhaust. Also every wiggle you see in the video is directly applying presure to the underside... 3500lbs wiggiling will cause something on the underside. These crumple zone cars arent like the fords and chevy's of yester year with ibeam construction

I would love to see the owner's face when he comes outside and sees his car on the other side of the road and facing the other way! LOL
