Picking up 335i on Friday

Long time lurker, new poster.

Picking up my new to me 2008 335i black coupe w/ Coral Red leather on Friday. Pumped to the limit. Had to share it with you guys. Will post pictures once I take ownership.

Ordered new 19" wheels from Alan************.com and need tire advice. What is a good recommendation for new tires? Wanting 235/35/19 up front and 265/30/19 in the rear. Open to something else though.

Congrats on the purchase! Excellent choice in color combination haha

As far as tires, I have run Nitto Invo's previously and Hankook Ventus V12's currently. Both are good tires and pretty popular choices among forum members.

Gorgeous car coh4777, I didn't find a MT, but am happy with the AT. Took me a long time to find this car.

I am already looking up your tire recommendations. Thanks!

What width are the wheels? If they are 8.5 in front, and 9.5 in back, 235 sounds good for the front, but I run 275 in back. More meat, more traction! If you are planning on adding power mods, I would recommend it.

19 x 8.5" up front, 19 x 9.5" in the rear. Any rubbing issues with the 275s? I would put 315s on if they would fit.

Let us know how the tire sizes work for you. 275's can need rolling of fenders on some tire brands that run wider than normal. Not sure about 245's up front either. Depends on your wheel offsets. Hopefully **********s said that would work.

You are going to love the car. I still feel like I'm getting into a new car every time I drive, and it is coming up on 4 years with the 335.

I was assured that both sizes would fit from my tire guy. It would be unfortunate if it didn't work. Definitely do not want to roll my fenders just yet. Find out soon though.

I've had an X5 and currently have an '04, 530i. Made the mistake of getting the X5 for my wife and now it is the only car I can see myself buying. If anyone knows, how does the ride of the 530i compare with the 335i? I love that 530i on long road trips, even with it's paltry 225hp.

Is the car dropped? If not you shouldn't have any issues with 275's, I would go as wide as possible so you don't go parading around looking like you're supporting the horrible 'stretch' fad....just sayin...Congrats on the ride though, welcome to the family!
