Look what I found in the snow storm
Couldnt wait to get this home so drove 2 hours in the snow storm to get this from NJ to NY. I love the power this thing has and I keep forgetting what this color is called so lets call it blue for now haha ... here few pics after the snow storm. just 1 noob question whats the best after market Nav for this car.
p.s. already ordered the aero lip (even though i think it will break on nyc roads in no time) and thinking of ordering the csl style spoiler from jbspeed.. any suggestions? Last edited by M BROK3; 01-13-2011 at 10:24 AM.. Reason: pics not showing up |

Very Nice! I would say Shadow Line Trim, Black Grills, Aero Lip, Thin Rear Spoiler BMW Carbon Fiber, and some rims after the snow as far as cosmetics go.

Nice color - isn't that the montego blue? did you pay the $550 extra for metallic? I second the black grills and shadowline trim....would compliment the tints. Can not wait for my 33xi coupe to come in...expected production completion date is Mon 1/24.

and already ordered the aero lip. I will probably paint the grills black this weekend myself and shadowline trim is kinda tricky i messed them up once when i tried painting on my old e39 so might just go with vinyl covering this time. yes Montego blue is whats its called and its not new has 30k miles on it so i didnt pay anything extra for the metallic color lol ... if i had the choice i would've gone with the xi too but couldnt find one and couldnt wait any longer haha. |

I've got a pretty nice NAV setup in my car... I should take a pic and show you. I mounted the Garmin Nuvi 3790t with velcro right underneath the radio - I actually have a number of ways to mount it so it looks sharp. I've also come up with what I think is the best way to mount a NAV in the e92 but I've been too lazy to do it with the cold temperature.
The device itself will get you many compliments. Everyone who's seen it loves to play with it. |

It does, they are talking about ride quality not ground clearance.

I got an '11 E90 sedan...where can I get the shadowline trim after market? Or does the dealership have to do it?

Exactly?
Not in my experience. The xi feels heavier and lacks steering feel of the i. To each their own, says the i fanboy.
