Well, i have every right to be an ass about it, the car is a POS, when it runs good all is fine, but it is proving to be unreliable, and for the amount of money we pay for our cars, it should not be, i just never heard of the po312e code before, no search results, anyway, im taking it to the dealer in the morning and see if they will take it back or trade it for something more reliable, im done with the 335!! this is not the first problem.

I was really irritated putting up with that c*** for 6 mos. I finally got mad and yelled at the dealership. Do we really want to act like that? Of course not. But this was visit #4 with the car just dying for no reason. That equaled a puma case and it's been fine ever since. which is what, almost 10 mos. I'm not saying everyone has to yell, because some dealerships aren't like that, I know that dealership #2 and #3 aren't like the one where I purchased the vehicle. But PUMA case = fixed. That's all I can say.

My 335 is a POS and has the paper trail to prove it.
That doesn't mean I categorize all 335's as POS's. I understand where OP is coming from. OP, hopefully you get the problem solved. |

im sure it will be a great car when they retrofit it, im just angry they put it on the market before testing it enough, guess what, they wont take it back, im sure of that, so here we go the customer, out a few more $$$ in depreciation, not my fault, id have kept it too 100k if it was reliable, look online 100s of 335i's for sale now warranties are expiring, when i bought mine, it was hard to find a 6m low mileage, with nav here in Florida..... oh well
