I was driving my GF's CRV over the weekend and i've noticed something i never appreciated in my 335 before and that is the sound and responsiveness combination.

When i was driving the CRV and i try to gas it all i heard was engine grunt but not the speed response i was looking for.

In the 335i MT when i gas it the sounds matches the performance. the louder the noise the better it performs.

This is one thing i never appreciated with the DS mode in the steptronic since it has a tendency to hold the gear and there is this prolonged roar even after you let go of the acceleration that it almost sounds artificial and doesn't perfectly match the performance you like.

when the sound matches the performance = Amazing!
