This is clearly one driver with a need for speed – or maybe a death wish.

A YouTube video shows a motorist in a Bugatti Veyron filming at the wheel while zooming down Germany’s Autobahn, topping out at 353 km/h.

The speeds were apparently excessive even for the famous motorway, as the driver had to equip his car with a flashing police light to get slower vehicles out of the way. We’re pretty sure impersonating a police cruiser is illegal, even on the no-holds-barred Autobahn.

The Veyron – a so-called "supercar" – boasts 1,000 horsepower and is capable of exceeding 400 km/h, so it’s easy to see why this particular driver felt compelled to test the car’s limits.

What moron wrote that part I put in bold? No, a veyron is not a supercar, in fact it's a completely affordable family car capable of taking your kids to the soccer games all while fitting all of your grocerys in the trunk.
