Front bumper protection from ice and snow?

Anyone know if there is anything similar to a clear bra made to protect only the bottom portion of your bumper? Not looking for anything fancy, just something that's not ugly and easy to put on and take off that's doesn't break the bank. It sucks when you go through a street that hasn't been plowed and your front bumper turns into a shovel.
