Active Steering??
I'm about to pull the trigger on ordering a 335i coupe. What's the scoop on the active steering option? Is it worth over $1000. I appreciate any experience.

I love it in my 550i and have ordered it in my E93. Helps in the twisties, puts the car on rails on the interstate, rock-solid in crosswind & behind 18-wheelers. YMMV.

i have it and it's a joy to drive. its worth the money. there are a definitely a number of posts on the topic where a lot of people chime in with their opinion. from what i rememember there was an overwhelmingly positive response to active steering.
run a quick search and see for yourself.

if you dont mind spending the extra $$$ then get it, i've tried it, very nice system, really tightens up the steering wheel.
i didnt really find it necessary to spend the extra $$$ for it. to each their own. |
