M3 seats into a M sport 3 series

Hi guys I need some help

I have fitted the interior from an M3 into my standard 3 series m sport.
The current seats have electric hieght adjustment and recline and decline switches however the m3 as both the above and electric slide for back and forth movement as opposed to the manual pully at the front of the seat and electric lumber switchs plus three memory switch's.

Will this be a straight swope over ro do I need to mess about with the wiring?

You'd have to play with the wiring a bit

I am not that technical, and don't want to cock it all up. When you say play how much play is involced
