Battlefield 3 Premiere Gameplay Trailer

not sure how many of you are into battlefield but BF2 was probably one of the best FPS games for PC, imo, until they ruined it with the Bad Company spin off. supposedly this one will be a lot more similar to BF2 since it was designed for PC primarily with up to 64 players a server, destructible buildings (like BC2) and more.

Alright gents, new video with some real gameplay, looks like campaign mode but still pretty cool, unfortunately no HD

BF:BC2 was great.

I think I'll make it a point to have a new rig built for this release.

Unfortunately it's for all systems...but the PC version is the one that is getting extra care (rightly so).

I read somewhere that there will be 360 and PS3 versions but they will only support 24 player online vs the 64 player for PC

Just picked up a new 46" LED Samsung Slim, already got my pc hooked up to it

I need to build a new rig, just for this.

My days as an insomniac honestly started when the BF2 demo was released. That was my first all nighter ever.

Haven't had a nice rig in like five years. Looks like I have an excuse to drop $800 now.

Finally I can stop playing this shit that's black ops. If that actually is real gameplay, I'll camp my happy ass outside gamestop to get this at midnight and buy a 1080p tv with 5.1 just for this.

Please tell me that TV will be hooked up to a PC. Honestly there is no point in playing this game if you're not going to play it on PC. 64 players in all out war and mayhem with crazy destruction, DX11, teamwork, the community on PC for this game will last at minimum several years to a decade...

If ever there was a time to get into PC gaming it is now, I would suggest building a rig in several months (as we get closer to the release of BF3, Skyrim, Deus Ex 3, etc).

If you are also into The Elder Scrolls series then you have no option but to build a gaming rig. Mods make TES games millions of times better (not exaggerating).

i guess i was just a little disappointed it wasn't as good as i was hopping it would be

@raging clue, i just put together my rig a couple months ago

i7 980x, 8gb ram, ati5970, SSD for OS and a few other hardrives for the other stuff. all that and its already outdated LOL.

wait a couple of months if you can, intel has the new sandybridge processors coming out, there was a defect in the first batch but they have already done a recall and fixed the issue so when the next batch comes it should be perfect...

Come on that's not true. My 8800GTX served me very well from Feb 2007. Just recently upgraded to a GTX 460 and they can be had for around $130 now.
