Not all, but many teams run KERS but I believe all will be running the adjustable rear wing.

all F1 cars have KERS and red bull also has it as well, but they can't use it right, cz they're having difficulties

Negative, HRT and Virgin are not using KERS this season. The other one could be Team Lotus.

Coming in 2013 with the new engines, cars will now have an environmentally friendly toner cartridge installed near the rear diffuser. When KERS is activated, the toner will release a puff of colored spoke to simulate the effect above. This is anticipated to help viewers see when KERS is being deployed.

It would be cool though to see that effect in real usage.

BMW Assist will call you like a telemarketer and ask if you want to replace toner like your company printer/copier...
