Difficult gear change

Hi

Over time my 1 series has become difficult to engage gear when driving, 1st and 2 nd are the worst, however they all seem a bit difficult. what do you think it might be.

Mileage is 90k and never chnaged fluids, only had the car short time. i was abit worried it might be the gearbox.

Against everybodies advice (except Mike Millers) I changed the tranny oil in my 2009 X3 from MTF-LT3 to Rdline MTL 34,000 miles ago and except when it's cold it shift smooth as glass.
