Any good deals on flatscreens out there?

Looking for a larger (50"+) flatplanel TV for the living room...
will move the current 47 into the bedroom.

I love buying TV's on Craigslist. If you find one that is fairly new and the reviews are good, why not? I got a 32" 1080p Toshiba for $200 about a year ago on Craigslist. If your not comfortable with it then I usually see good prices at Walmart occasionally. They sell Sony and Samsung TV's, all the other brands they have I would stay away from.

depends on how much time you have before you're looking to upgrade, I got my 50" 1080p plasma for like $525 over 2 years ago. If you're willing to wait deals will pop up, atm there's nothing TOO terrific available...but they will pop up.
