Dashhawk
Has anyone ever heard of a MSD Dashhawk and will it work with a E90 330i. http://www.dashhawk.com/
Maybe E90Fleet or ///Matt can answer my question I know it has a CAN bus but does it have CAN compliant OBDII port. I have an Edge Evolution in my F150 and really like the display from it and would like something like that in my E90 and this thing looks alot like it. It looks like it works for the Mini, here is a description from minimania.com For 2007 MINI Cooper and Cooper S hardtops. • Universal OBDII multi-gauge displays over 100 parameters • Connects to your vehicle’s diagnostic port • Display 0 – 60 mph and ¼-mile times with up to five other parameters • Records maximum values for speed, rpm and water temperature • Accepts one additional sensor, such as a wideband O2 sensor • Backlit screen can be set to 16 million colors to match any interior • Set visual and audible alerts for any value • Built-in shift light capability • Check and clear trouble codes • Any parameter can be displayed on any screen, in any order, in any fashion!

Should work out ok. =) Contact the manufacturer, and ask if it's compatible with the E90 to the best of their knowledge. If they DON'T know, ask if they have a return policy in case of incompatibility.

Its not compatable with mine but I think 08 and above just check and see if you have the required pins on your OBD-2 port read below.
My vehicle is not on the supported list. Is it CAN compliant? If you vehicle is not listed in the supported vehicles page, all is not lost! There are many vehicles being added/tested every day and it is hard to capture them all and keep them up to date, so a good way to see if your car has a CAN bus is the following: Locate the OBDII connector. It is under the dash on the driver’s side of the vehicle, often either under the steering wheel or tucked up next to the driver’s side kick panel. Look carefully at the plug with a flash light or other bright light source. If pins 6 and 14 have metal pins in them (i.e. are “populated”) then the vehicle has a CAN bus and DashHawk will most likely work with this vehicle.
